Our Approach

The program set forth by the client was simple. The client owned a prime property which was right on the Kanakapura Main Road, which is beaming with commercial activities. The client wanted to build a commercial building of 3 floors and wanted a 3 BHK penthouse on top of the commercial units to accommodate his family.

We designed just that by accommodating all the said programs and keeping the whole façade clean, simple, and contemporary.
