Our Approach

The Project Brief was to design a luxurious house in a plot size of 55’x80’. The client had a requirement of a Master bedroom, 2 bedrooms for each of their parents, a daughter’s bedroom and a Guest Bedroom. Apart from this the house also features a state of the art Home Theater, a lavish Gym, A dedicated study and Library.

The clients desired something opulent, luxurious, and unique. We wanted to cater to all those requirements and also bring in a value addition to the space. We proposed to bring in the elements of nature into the house. That is: Sun representing Natural light into the house, Earth representing the earthy materials that we propose to use, and also the natural vegetation and greenery which is plentiful in the project. Air represents natural ventilation, we wanted to bring in the warmth of fire that is essential for a house, and also the element of water, that we propose to get by having the puja sit floating over a large body of water.
